1. Feather-Edge Tube Patch

 

Tube patchs are non-reinforced and designed principally for use on inner tubes. It will vulcanize chemically. These patchs are black with black vulcanizing gum on a bule poly backing. Gray vulcanizing gum is available upon request.

 

2. All Purpose Patch

 

They are used in both radial and bias tyres. New compounding and thicker rubber helps to resist dimpling. They can also be used for tube repairing.

 

3. Radial Patch

 

This kind of radial patch plays an effective role in the tyre repairing, but just only with lower cost. It presents black, covered with gray vulcanizing gum on a blue poly backing. Especially improvement on the thickness of patch, each reinforcing ply is individually end-wrapped to make tyre resist heavy press in a unique manner. Comparing with others, we develop new technology and apply it to new tie-gum construction, that eliminates the potential for delamination common.

 

4. Bias-ply Patch

 

Bias-ply patch is fit for puncture, reinforcing and section repairs, which can be applied in any repairable area of tube or tubeless bias-ply tyres. The reinforcing plies are protected and encased in a molded "ply package", that makes the repair strong while keeping flexibility. The face stock used in our repair units will vulcanize either chemically or in a low temperature (precure) system when applied with vulcanizing cement. This repair unit is black with gray vulcanizing gum on a blue poly backing
